Hello, and welcome.
A bit about me and my approach to psychosexual and relationship therapy.
Our connections with others — emotionally, sexually and in our relationships — are shaped by how safe, understood and connected we feel. I believe that feeling heard and supported can help us better understand ourselves and our experiences.
I aim to offer an empathetic, calm and supportive space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. My approach is informed by the nervous system and how it responds to our experiences, emotions and relationships. Together, we can explore what your body and nervous system might be telling you, at a pace that feels right for you.
My work is inclusive and affirming.
My Training
I completed the Diploma of Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy with The Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology. I also hold an MSc in Psychology and BSc in Neuroscience. I am a registered member of the College of Sex and Relationship Therapists (COSRT) and a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society (BPS).
Before training in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy, I worked in mental health services supporting young people. More recently, I supported a therapeutic team specialising in Compulsive Sexual Behaviour (CSB).
My particular interests within psychosexual therapy include kink-affirming practice, CSB, neurodiversity, and the effects of perimenopause and menopause on sexual desire and arousal. I am also interested in how different aspects of our identities and lived experiences intersect, and how these can influence our relationships, sexuality and overall wellbeing.
